can i get a tl;dr version, please?

Of course! Thanks to GDPR, you now have better control over your personal data while stores like ours have a few new duties to perform. The most important fact is that we can't store (let alone use) your personal data without your explicit consent, we must protect its integrity and we must respect your decision if you withdraw your consent.

Simply put, we design and craft clothes and accessories, and we sell them on our website. Therefore, we need your personal data – your name and address, for example – to be able to deliver the products you order. For the same reason, we must share this data with our shipping partners because we simply can't deliver you the parcels personally :)

This – unless you explicitly agree – is the extent of what will be done with your personal data. We hereby declare that we will always ensure the safety of your data, we will always process it in accordance with law and the accepted principles of morality, and we would never do anything that could put our reputation and credibility in jeopardy.
